This place was a life saver. I was able to put part of my tax money down and finance the remaining portion. A lot of dealerships wanted my entire return and still make me finance. They also have an insurance agent to call and immediately get liability or full coverage insurance while you purchase. They even give you a 60 day temp tag. All their vehicles were really clean and free of accidents. I qualified for several and then got to pick what I wanted. Morgan was incredibly helpful explaining every single thing, she was very honest and made the process stress free. So glad I found this place before I moved from Lawrence. I have been telling anyone I know to go here though, the experience was amazing. I bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox and I love it.

Negative experience. Picked up a 26' truck from this location. Was looking for a 20' truck, but there were none in the area. The regional traffic control manager charged me only the 20' price and reserved the 26' truck at this location for me since there were no 20' trucks in the area. When I went to pick up the truck, the employees here canceled my online reservation and charged me the full 26' price. After trying to explain that they were overcharging me, they proceeded to yell and scream at me about how I was wrong, then got into their own car and left without resolving the situation. Fortunately, I was able to contact the same traffic control manager through U-Haul that promised me the lower rate, and he was able to process the refund. Positive experience. Pleasant, zero pressure interactions. Friendly, prompt communication. Vehicle mileage was under-stated in listing by seven thousand miles but might have just been a mistake. Otherwise, vehicle was exactly as described, drove well, and looked great. Would definitely go back if I needed another vehicle.

They don't deserve 1 star! This place is also a U-Haul dealer. The location opened at 10. We got there a little after 11. There was a note on the door that said to call a number. We called it no answer. I called the number on the website, no answer. There was a guy that came out from somewhere and moved a van but completely ignored my husband, got in a truck and drove around the building. No idea if he worked there. I had to call U-Haul customer service to get help returning our rental. The lady only called us back cause she saw she had a missed call. By this time we had left, said she had gone to lunch. My husband asked her a question about tire sizes for the dollies. She got an attitude with him when she couldn't answer the question he was asking and she began to get rude so he disconnec
