I have had 2 glass bowl fuel pumps for an International Harvester pickup rebuilt by them and though communication was a bit scarce and it did take some time (about 4 months for the second one). I believe they were fair and the quality was good. I don’t know much about the company but I’d have to imagine it’s a mom and pop shop and I think we’ve all become a little used to immediate gratification from what I’m seeing in the reviews. Understandably it would be nice to have better communication and I suppose as I get older I’m trying to have more patience as these things are not of life and death importance. That being said they answered my phone call and sent me back my fuel pump rebuilt so I’m satisfied. There are not many places anymore that will even do this type of work so there’

Purchased an overhaul kit for my original ‘64 skylark 300 v8 fuel pump and received a personal mail with info about the delivery time. Nice oldskool service! (Also to the Netherlands) Kit fits well and performs like new!

After two brand new fuel pumps from Advance failed - one wouldn't pump a drop right out of the box - I sent my 1950 Chevrolet truck fuel pump to them for a rebuild. It's got 10k miles on it and works perfectly. Ditto for the fuel pump on my 1956 Cadillac. I would send any original part to them to be rebuilt if it can be. New Chinese parts are garbage.

Please Read !This review is pending will rate correctly in 5 days here's whats happening I call and placed an order for fuel pump rebuild kit a week ago on Monday on Wednesday I was told by Tom he was having computer problems and would get kit out by Thursday last week I called today being the next Monday and could not get any info from ladies about order I held for 17 minutes to speak to Tom he said he had not got to it yet he said information for order was placed somewhere that kept getting overlooked and apologized but said he would get on it right away and asked for all my information given a week ago ? I will call back everyday to see if it ships in next couple days ? Stay tuned.Update now Thursday I spoke with Tom yesterday and was told my kit shipped and mechanic should have Friday

I wish they had an option for 0 stars or negative stars. Ordered a kit from Tom who actually sounds very knowledgeable and probably is but thats all there is good to say about him or his company.. On November the 3rd l ordered a rebuild kit for a dual action fuel pump and he said 7 days or so. Fast forward to November 18th, no communication, no email with a receipt. You call an nobody answers the phone but 2 days a week, once you finally get someone on the phone they know nothing and are rude. Tom doesn't blow into work till around 11 or 12 and you have to keep calling back and trying to get him on the phone....he does not return calls at your request. Finally l get someone else on the phone...Lisa , she cannot find any record of my order but " im welcome to try and keep calling back on t
