5-star service, value, and knowledge. Lowie Thomas has been a huge help to our family since we first learned about Thomas Automotive Services in 2024. This is the only place I'll be bringing all our family vehicles as long as we live in the DMV. Fair, honest, skilled, can't say enough good things or recommend highly enough!

Thomas Automotive did a great job replacing the timing belt and water pump on my Lexus GX470. Fair pricing, great communication and prompt service. An awesome experience from start to finish!

Lowie the owner is very friendly and responsive to questions/clarifications. I had my Q7 battery replaced today. Note this Q7 battery is under the drivers seat and a bit tricky, and I had run out of warranty/service package from Audi. I was running late than the scheduled time and Lowie was very accommodating and managed to get the battery replaced on time. He replaced with the original Audi battery(so no shortcuts). Glad to have found him, and surely recommend him for any repairs.

Had new tires put on my ‘25 Elantra N and it went flawless. Very comfortable environment and they even entertained my little one with some coloring books. Will be using for all future automotive needs.

I've been to so many mechanics in Loudoun County but non have been as wonderful as Lowie. Last year I really hurt my back, my work vehicle really needed to be serviced and I was in so much pain I could hardly breath but couldn't take time off work. I looked for a mobile mechanic and found Thomas Automotive. I called and was disappointed to hear that he no longer offered this service. He asked me a few questions and I let him know that I had herniated 3 discs. He understood and scheduled me and came out to do the work. Lowie was sympathetic and willing to help another small business owner out even though he didn't know me. This summer, my van started making knocking sounds while rattling and my heat exchange started leaking all my coolent. I called Lowie and he was able to see me that week.
