Thomas Kia - Service Center

Recently purchased a vehicle from Anthony Moore, at no time did we feel pressured or made uncomfortable. His knowledge of the in and outs of the vehicle was excellent. He was very easy to work with and understand our wants and needs. Would highly recommend him as a salesman. Thank you Anthony!

Man has this been a horrible experience. Not only have they had my car for essentially the last month straight but my car still has the same issues I brought it in with, and there’s a brand new scratch in my drivers side door to accompany it. Thomas Seely talked to me directly, told me they would do right by me and to their credit; they paid for me to use a rental car for a while. Well when I picked my car up it still had the same issue, Tom said “I’m going to figure this out and call you first thing Monday morning.” So I thought I would wait until his call to tell him there’s a new scratch in my door. That call never came. He’s as unreliable as his service department, not only am I done with this company, but I highly suggest anyone reading this to take it seriously and think twice about

Service was great the service people that check you in was pleasant and courteous they get you in and out I will continue to buy Kia from here this is our 3rd

UPDATE #2: QUICK RECAP; My sister purchased a 2026 KIA SPORTAGE from ThomasKIA Dealership (Highland, Indiana) 5 weeks ago, she drove it exactly 9 days - it's been in their parts/service dept. for 4 weeks (sub frame bolts were stripped at the manufacturer). HERE'S THE UPDATE; she can trade in her car for the exact same one with an additional 71 dollar monthly payment added OR she can wait several more weeks until they fix the problem (insert sarcastic thunderous applause). WOW! Here's the kicker, she just submitted her first month's payment after only driving her Sportage for 9 days and her courtesy car is a a Kia sedan - not even an SUV. They were a little slower than usual but my visit wasn't scheduled. I had a flat tire and a very dirty car. Wish they give a full car wash. They fixed my tire and rinsed my car and sent me on my way completely satisfied, as usual.
