I recently took my '74 Ford Gran Torino to Thomas Tire & Automotive for some issues that needed fixed. I could not be happier with the service I received from this business. They were able to resolve a problem with the electrical system that I had not been able to correct. They were very thorough and fixed 2 other small issues while I was there. The price they charged was more than reasonable and I finally feel I have somewhere to take my car I can trust. I highly recommend Thomas Tire & Automotive and will definitely be using their services and expertise again for ALL my automotive repair needs.

My car failed inspection for something I wasn’t expecting. I got sour and this shop turned my frown right side up. They sent a van to pick me up after I lost my cool. Very professional driver, courteous and respectful. Once back at the shop, the counter reached out to a local junkyard and ended up saving me 250 dollars. This was possible because of a decades long working relationship with that yard. This is something you don’t see anymore, just like the restored 1950’s sedan they had on the back lift. I came here because the first 4 shops couldn’t operate a standard transmission. Customer for life. Thank you!

I've never been to a nicer,politer,more considerate nor cleaner car service. The staff their are always professional and helpful. Work is done in a timely manner and done right. They will always get my business🌟🌟

Brian and the rest of the team are always courteous, prompt and efficient. I've never felt pressured with a sale of something immediately, it's more that they look ahead and forewarn you that the next service might be when you need xxx. I appreciate the heads up and opportunity to plan whenever possible.

I thought I could trust this place as I have been coming here for a few years to get an inspection. Well a few months ago, I didn’t have the time to rotate my tires so I brought my car here to have that done and an oil change. Yesterday, I go to rotate my tires myself and I noticed they put my directional tires on the wrong way and have been like this for months now and now I will have to have new tires soon because they didn’t put them on right. Yeah I’m not happy considering you are KNOWN to be a tire shop and you can’t even put them on right? That’s ridiculous. Won’t be back for NOTHING anymore.
