Guys, this place is really amazing! I came here to get tire installation and find some necessary materials, and I was worried about wasting time, but they had everything in stock. Their service is truly top-notch, and they do everything spotless. I really loved this place and I definitely recommend it to everyone! Especially at the checkout, there's a gentleman with glasses and another one with a white hat; both of them provide personalized attention and know exactly what's available. Always an excellent experience at Thompson Tires! Today I had four tire sensors replaced. I had called ahead and they remembered The conversation when I got there.That made the transaction easy. I was bringing Some sensors that my husband had purchased online. The question was, could Thompson Tires program them once they’ve installed them? The question was raised, could the sensors be tested for compatibility before they start? Indeed they could be, and they were compatible. He said the type of things you really can appreciate a business doing before they get too far into something that might not result in a positive outcome. I highly recommend Thompson Tires for all of your tire needs. They are exceptional with what they do and care about your needs.

I purchased two new Mastercraft tires from this shop on September 24 for my 2019 Subaru Outback. After approximately 10,000 miles, both tires were fully worn with very little tread remaining, which seemed unusually fast. To verify whether the issue was vehicle-related, I paid $120 at Firestone for a alignment inspection. I was informed that the tires showed even wear, and there were no alignment problems. When I returned to this shop, the owner attributed the issue to driving habits and lack of regular rotation. However, he declined to provide further assistance and did not help with a factory warranty claim. Communication felt brief and unhelpful.
