Thomasville Toyota Service

For the past six years, since I moved from Miami to Baimbridge, Thomasville Toyota has been recommended to me, and I've had all my service done there. I want to thank Derek from the service department for the excellent customer service I've received, and I highly recommend them to anyone. I don't like the Toyota dealership in Tallahassee.

Go check out cars in Albany Toyota and see how much they are willing to do first, then take those numbers here and they will absolutely give you a better deal. Albany Toyota offered used 3yrs old for $550/month. Thomasville said they'd do the same model, new for $498! AND it comes with 20yr or 200,000 miles warranty on engine and transmission! My kids and great grandchildren will be going here

I love the service department at Thomasville Toyota. They have helped me out of some binds many times. Every time we’ve had our cars serviced everyone is friendly and so helpful. Thomasville Toyota also supports our local schools through donations and serving on school committees. Thank you!

I thought that maybe if I did the first appointment of the day for an oil change it would be quicker. Nope. Still 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. It does not take that long.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The lobby is comfortable and the prices are reasonable. It's nice to go to a service center and be taken seriously, even though I am female. Justin let me know what my truck needs without pushing me to buy extra services and spend more money. I will definitely be back.
