Our family has been coming to Tire Pros for as long as I can remember. All of our cars have been serviced here, and all of our tires have been purchased from this Tire Pros. I came today because the icon on my dash said my tires needed air. After a thorough check, there was something wrong with the rear tire on the passenger side. It was taken off, inspected, and the issue resolved. Instead of trying to sell me new tires, the Tire Pro staff keep my old tires fit for as long as possible,. Once again, I was totally blown away by the customer service here. I got a flat tire and towed my car over there for assistance (I have run-flats). They helped me get all squared away, stayed within my budget, turned the car around quickly, and were so kind and compassionate. I will only ever take my cars here! Thank you Ryan and Joe!

Had a great experience at Tire Pros. Their website however is malfunctioning, so call for appointments and orders. When it gets fixed it will then fill in an actual cost for installation instead of zero. So, the night before I set an appointment time and a tire I needed to purchase due to a blowout. When I went there the next day at my appointment time, they informed me the website wasn't working. They checked for stock of the tire I wanted (their cheapest one), and they did not have it. They did have a much better one in the size I needed and made me a great deal, around what I would have paid for the cheap tire. Installation was fast, When I went to check out, after I paid, they gave me a nice large jar of honey from a honey farm in Fillmore, so local high-quality stuff. I did not expec
