Thrifty Car Rental - Augusta Regional Airport

I had never rented a car before, but getting a rental at Thrifty was a great experience! I made the reservation online and was able to pick up and return the car with no issues. They have great customer service and told me to inspect the car prior to leaving the lot and to fill the tank before returning it to avoid additional charges. I would definitely use them for future rentals

Although the airport was out of cars and I booked thru a 3rd party site they did not have a car for me. I called Ms Michelle and asked if a car come up would she give me a call i would take it she said yes i had to be to work she understood. She called 4 to 5 hrs later and assured me the car would be for me to get. She provided great customer service I would give more stars 🌟 to her and Darren they both did extremely well.

Making reservations online was fast and painless (much easier than I assumed). The Thrifty/Hertz staff at the airport were very pleasant, professional, helpful and fast. The overall experience was excellent.

Great Service! I have had three great experience across this past holiday season with Thrifty at AGS. My best was a very expeditious response with assistance to extend a rental return. Great customer service given by the two individuals who assisted me.
