Thrifty Car Rental - Spokane Valley Wa

Had an amazing experience with Spokane Thrifty car rental. (Previous payment issue was with a different location and pending charge not falling off). But this experience with Spokane Thrifty was way above and beyond and will rent there again any time I'm in town. Unlike other car rental options, they don't sell you a car and then tell you they don't have it. They'll actually go out of their way to try and find you what they can while also getting you in and out as quickly as possible. All around great experience.

Guys were great and helpful. I was irritated that because I choose not to b have credit card use debit card I had to put 1300$ deposit down. Great service though guys were super nice and helpful. Truck was super clean. Fully loaded and had a lot of room even in the back seat. We had a Dodge Ram 1500 club cab. Great ac super comfortable.

The "check engine" light in the car I was given was on. Josh was extremely dismissive of this when I brought it up, asking repeatedly if I was sure and if I knew which light was the check engine light; "are you sure it wasn't the tire pressure light?". He came across as extremely patronizing and I strongly suspect he would not have had this attitude and tone if I were a man. Pictures attached - I didn't think I would need to have photos when I went in to tell them about it, so these were taken later in the day, as he sent me out with the same car. The car ran apparently fine, despite the check engine light intermittently coming on.

One of their drivers crashed into their fence between 9:00 PM - 9:15 PM (I thought y'all closed at 5:00PM so, why is your driver driving head on into a fence lol) on 08/31/2019 damaging my fence and wrapping their fence around our transformer box. Keep deleting my comments on their facebook page, they're closed today and ignore messages. F- neighbors.

I have had several good experiences with this particular thrifty car rental in Spokane Valley. They have been very helpful, and offer competitive rates, which is usually what I’m looking for with a car rental agency. The ease of pick up and drop off is also a huge bonus with this place. I realize all thrifty car rentals are not created equal, but the staff here are excellent compared to other agencies that I have dealt with.
