Thrifty Car Rental - Tsh Frisco

As the previous reviewer had pointed out.. this branch is completely understaff on Saturday’s. The Regional manager or whoever is responsible for “decision making” should be replaced. Their idea is to have 2 employees work on one of busiest days which translated to not valuing a customer’s time. Renting a car should be seamless & not a 2 hour process due to an employee shortage.. My time is valuable & I don’t like my time wasted as I cannot get that time back! Highly unprofessional with a backwards system. The only positive was the two employees maintaining their level of professionalism despite being overwhelmed. Witnessed one of the employees dripping sweat due to the constant sit down , get back up (to show the customer their rental) being overworked routine. Since the company is more

I wish I could give 0 stars. It took 2 hours for processing 4 people in queue. No kidding. I was so pissed off at the slow process overall. They only had one person and it was taking him forever to go through the process of checkin, cleaning, vacuum and key handover. Really…. 2 hours for 4 people.

Terrible car rental place to work with. Made up fees double charged me on tolls and no accountability told me to just go pound sand more or less.

Horribly rude employees. Cancelled reservation at counter and went with another company
