I have just arrived for a long term project in Tempe and was fortunate enough to by fluke to connect with Adam in search of a vehicle to suit my stay here until the spring. Adam was just the person I needed to steer me through the process of selecting a car but also for the subsequent additional tasks I wanted done. Between Doug and Adam and others behind the scene , I have been more than thrilled with how I was treated, their honesty and promptness to getting me on the road... I had such a great experience when purchasing my first car that I brought my son back to purchase his first car. So we now have 2 cars from Thrifty (2015 Kia Optima and 2017 VW Jetta) Mike and Chuy make the process quick and easy. Even spending a few hours there didn't seem bad because they are such friendly people and work hard to help you leave worth a vehicle. I bought a car a month ago. I had a very good experience with this dealership. No hidden fees, not trying to sell any services like other dealerships when you buy a car. I live in Seattle, so I had to ship the car from Arizona, However Tim offered to drive the car down here which only cost me half the price if I had shipped the car.
