Thunder Auto Sales

Jerry is kind of a saint. He helped me understand how to price and sell a used car in Twin Falls and avoid getting ripped off from other dealers. He even buffed out some paint and minor body damage free of charge. Honestly, I didn't expect to find someone so helpful in this business. Thanks again Jerry!

The sales rep is a wonderful guy, however, I've had my car for just 4 days off of the lot and I've had to spend just as much as the down payment to get it running (new tires-tires were in bad condition, a new battery-it was completely dead, and a tire rod needed to be fixed), and now to top it all off the check engine light is on. I asked him and the finance company over and over if there was anything wrong with the car that I should know about, and the answer was always no. I've driven the vehicle for a total of 85 miles since I've gotten it, and honestly I'm not too happy about the situation I got thrown into. (I understand it was my decision to get the car I did, but I was not aware if the issues the car had because when I test drove it there seemed to be no issues). However, they were

We have bought several vehicles from this establishment (mainly cause my Husband is a vehicle hoarder). I HATE car lots. I HATE salesmen. But I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with Thunder Auto. Jerry is an up and up guy, he’s fair, he doesn’t lie, and he doesn’t BS you about your purchase or the terms surrounding your purchase! (Don’t let my Husband see this review or he will think it’s a green light for more rigs!) Benny says “Hi Jerry!”

This was my idea of cons from a used car dealership: 1. They double the price of the worth of the car. 2. Someone goes with you on the test drive. 3. They lie about the negative known aspects of a vehicle. 4. They push financing. 5. Give you pennies for your trade in. 6. When your wallet closes, so does their ambient personality. 7. Only about talking business and wont remember your name later. That was my attitude before my wife caught eyes on a VW on Thunder Auto Sales. Here's what happened: My wife fell in love with a VW Passat. So I did what a husband is suppose to do and talk to the devil himself. Make sure this outfit has a title to the vehicle you are buying before you buy it. I'll add another star to this review when my brother gets the title to the vehicle he purchased with cash from you nearly 6 months ago. We have contacted you daily and still no title.. Have filed a complaint with DMV and with the Secretary of State. Buyer beware.
