Thunder Auto Wash

Excellent wash and customer service! Getting ready to try to trade in my car and came here to detail it. Place was super clean, including the bays. Took it thru the auto wash and it made it pretty and clean, no spots and definitely no scratches like the other auto washes ive used. The employee on site, i believe he said his name was Ty, was super friendly and helpful as well and stopped what he was doing to see if i needed any help. Will definitely be back, hopefully with my new car if all goes well.

One of the drive thru bays said it was out of order so we went to the other one, it would not let you choose a wash or take your credit card. Went to a self service bay and it came on for 30 seconds, long enough to get soap on the car, then it stopped and wouldn't ever come back on so we had to drive across town to another wash to get the soap off. Do not recommend.

Great car wash with a convenient location and consistent quality every time. The water pressure is strong, the equipment works well, and my car always comes out looking clean. Definitely a reliable spot if you want effective wash.

I wanted to share my experience. I paid $3 to use two different vacuums, but unfortunately something was wrong with both of them. I called the number listed and the owners texted me back the very next day to apologize and offered me a free car wash. I really appreciate how quickly they responded and took care of the issue. Great customer service!!!I will definitely be back!

A man by the name of Tyler was very informal and helped guide me through my wash. Loved the professionalism and the experience of the wash. 10/10 recommend!
