Park the street using four-way flashers then walk down to the security check there is very nice guy his name is Antonio, Provide him your information such as pick up #, destination, and your cell phone number, and when it's ready he will call you. I gave One star because the employee inside takes long to load , for me was 4 hours to get load.

Security was having a good day Dont drive in wait on street and check in theres no way to do a u-turn I think they unload one or two drivers at a time . Some of this drivers slept on the street they were open before 8:00am

Appointment for 7 am but the guard will not let you in. He said park on the street when the sign says NO PARKING ANY TIME

Super unorganized, there's no leadership, no guidance, no direction and no common sense. Their abunch of chickens running around with their heads c""t off 😳. And might I add rude and ignorant 😒. They need some people that can talk all languages. They need a system put in place they need signs to park on street not to enter its very very tight. You know if they actually had paperwork to fill out with truck number, trailer number, pickup number, appointment time, and drivers phone number I bet this place would run smoother but I bet corporate is to busy flying their jets and playing with their cars to even care how cra p p y their business is and is doing. I mean if I could feel sorry for rude people I'd say they need air conditioning cause there brains are fried in this heat. But with that

Another place that doesn’t care about delivery drivers. It’s very often nowadays that drivers get tricked by brokers ( they tell you what you wanna hear when you book loads ) and then you come to deliver the load and it’s a whole different story. I just think in this case places like this needs to help delivery drivers and try unload them especially on a Friday. Otherwise the driver gets stuck for the whole weekend with no job, with no restroom, with no food and so on. It’s too much regulation for the drivers and no flexibility at shippers and receivers. Keep working with lying brokers and you will keep getting bad reviews. Hope something changes… I just feel bad for the ppl who do their jobs honestly.
