2013 Mazda CX-9. Had a water pump replaced extensive work to get to the water pump. Paid over $3000 plus to have the work done. Vehicle has not run right since. Right front quarter panel offset rubs against passenger front door, left exposed wires in engine bay. Now the vehicle is undrivable i will never take any vehicle to Tico's Auto Repair Shop. Its bad enough you can't trust people these days. You can't even trust people when you pay them to do the job right. Lesson learned. Hope you and your family enjoyed my hard earned money. BE VERY LEERY OF THIS BUSINESS.

110% life saver. Labor Day weekend catastrophy turned into heroic success. My diesel cranked no start in the wee hours of a Saturday. Not only was the problem diagnosed, but repaired. I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend.

I wanted to have my transmission flushed on my Chrysler Aspen. I called Off again company and they couldn't do it for me. They referred me to Tico's and I had no idea where it was. I called anyway and made an appt. When the time came I used my Google map to help there. Wow the parking there is very limited, was confused on where to park. So I just parked along the building. My dad pulled in too with his truck and had trouble turning it around. Since I was dropping off my SUV. Anyway I went inside and I think I was talking to the boss, he was real nice and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Always had a positive experience with Tico. Never got overcharged and the work has always been honest. Best low key place to go if you need a repair.

Took a diesel to Tico a while back. Spent over 6 grand for him to “fix” it for it to end up the exact same. He’s a scam artist. Don’t waste time or your hard earned money here, take your business to a professional.
