The car wash itself is good. Maybe don’t try going in the morning. You never know when they’re Going to actually be open. Got there at 8:45 decided to wait until maybe nine to see if they were gonna open at 9:05 I thought someone was coming to move the cones And open up, but they were just coming to tell The recently formed line of cars behind me that they weren’t gonna be opening until 930 or 945.

The most honest review you'll read this year. I originally left a 2 star review because the car I brought in came out dirty from pine sap and the associated dirt. (See the rags below.) Once the ceramic coat went on, the resultant crust took a lot of manual work to remove. Here's the truth: wash and wax used to be two seperate processes. In the 3 minutes or less your car spends in that tunnel, nothing that engineers do can make both those processes work well at the same time. Most of the one and two star reviews are for dirty cars that didn't clean well. Bottom line: don't buy the premium wash for a truly dirty car. Buy it for a lightly soiled car you want to look new...it does that well.. If you want a real wash go somewhere that uses a lot of water.

Travis was just so courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He has a lot of patience and tolerance in addition. I watched this young man endure a very disturbing, disruptive and condescending customer in front of me. I was so impressed by this young man. He held it together and was not disrespectful in anyway. Travis then helped me with a situation that occurred at the Cheraw, SC. It was a situation created by the site lead at that location at the Cheraw, SC location that is still currently trying to be resolved. First and last time I’m ever going to this car wash. Only redeeming part of it was the employees. Went up to the mountains for the weekend to snowboard so naturally my car was coated in salt from the roads. Took it to this “car wash” to get the salt off and it seems the only cleaning that took place was the employees spraying my car with the power washers before going through the wash. The first two pictures are what my car looked like prior to going into the wash, the last three are afterwards. I’m so disappointed in paying for a car wash at this place and getting such a horrible result it led me to creating my first review of a business. Absolute waste of time and an excuse of a car wash.
