Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I go here almost everyday it’s apart of my daily routine. If I need a bath my new ascent probably does too! The car wash is top tier my husband and I both have a monthly membership here for both his new truck and my new ascent!! Not only does his truck fit but it does a superb job of cleaning it!! They have everything you need to clean out your car too the sprays to wipe everything down, the vacuums, Sprayer that sprays air to blowout crevices that you can’t get to! And then there’s that fabulous staff that are extremely welcoming, helpful and kind!! I love this place ♥️

I've been there 2x now the first time going in my car was not sprayed completely down before my car went on ahead, but the 2nd time there were 2 sprayers. I really appreciate the idea of having the individual stalls to clean and wipe down the car, like the rags provided and vacuum.. im looking forward to my next stop to get the salt and dirt off from what seems to be a very long cold winter so far. Keep up the great work.

Love this place. Great wash in under 5 minutes with vacuum's and cleaning supply’s provided for a quick clean! Always excellent customer service!

I recently visited Tidal Car Wash in Cambridge and had a great experience. I was helped by a young adult who was very kind and patient while I decided which wash to get. She mentioned the Graph-X option while I was considering the Dry & Shine, and we ended up choosing the top wash since it was only about $10 and included everything. I also had my 3-year-old daughter with me, and the employee even took a moment to say hi to her. When my daughter asked her name, she replied, “Amber!” which absolutely made my daughter’s day. She loved all the colors and lights as we went through the wash. Overall, a 5-star experience. My daughter now asks to go to the car wash every time we drive by!

For a $21 car was and you drive out with it looking like this! The kids with the pressure washer took one excessively fast pass at it, no attention paid to dirty areas, then proceed to send me through the automated system. The vehicle wasn’t very dirty to begin with and I drove out with it looking like this, I can’t imagine what it would look like if the vehicle hadn’t been washed for a month. It was my first time there, if results were good, I was going to purchase the membership. I will drive further to a Holiday where they take pride in pressure washing vehicles before sending them through the automated system.
