Every time I go to the car wash, I am always treated like. I'm the most important person there. Everybody is so nice. Especially the ball headed dark-skinned, a gentleman with the white beard on his chin. He treats me wonderful, it treats everybody wonderful. I watched him the other day. He comes over talks to you. Ask if there's anything they can do for you. How's your car wash?Everything is wonderful.I thank you very much

I have visited this location 3 times in recent months as a club member and had a bad experience each time. The 1st time they were evidently not operating the car wash but had no signage up to indicate this and they were turning away customers at the entrance. The 2nd time they proceeded to stop the car wash and repeatedly knock on my car very loudly and assertively pointing down in an attempt to ask me to roll down my car window. This Manager continued to state to me that I couldn’t drive through the car wash and inaccurately assuming that my car was not in neutral. I responded by pointing to the dashboard and saying it is in neutral. I visited Tidal Wave in Charlottesville, Virginia today to have my car cleaned, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When the wash was finished, my car was still covered in spots from front to back—on the sides, hood, and rear. Honestly, I could have spit on the car and ended up with a cleaner result. I approached the manager on duty and showed him the spots all over the vehicle, but he refused to run it back through the wash. Instead, he only offered to wipe down a few areas, even though the entire car was clearly not clean. Another customer beside me said he experienced the same issue, confirming that the wash simply wasn’t working properly today. Always in and out quickly regardless of how busy they are. Nice staff and Henry always has the carts ready w/ fresh towels and cleaning spray. Pleasant experience all around. Catch the happy wave!

First time and last time at this place! Young girl in the lane was extremely rude-1st red flag! I signed up for the Graph-4x monthly package...what a disappointment! There were chemicals/cleaners all over my car when it was complete. I guess the "Dry n' Shine" wasn't working because there were wet spots/stains all over my Jeep, plus the chemical residues. I had to take it to the Clean Machine (where I should have went in the first place) to get it cleaned again. I will be requesting a refund for this mess. Your response is a brush off! I would like a refund since I had to go elsewhere and have the detail done the correct way!
