Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Kalon did an amazing job showing me all the options for every wash they offer, he was very thorough and explained the difference in each price and feature. He was energetic and super friendly. It was a nice change from the other car washes who seem to not enjoy their jobs. Thank you kalon and thank you Tidal wave!

I absolutely loved the customer service, DJ was very helpful. The people at the entrance were very informative, they did a thorough pre wash and very kind and followed up with my experience after. I will definitely be back. If you have kids they will love the lights!

Hey everyone, I'm disappointed. I went to have the salt washed off my car today, and I was planning to pay with cash! I was unaware that cash isn't excepted, and there was no sign stating that. I figured it could be on the sign that marks which lane to be in for members, or non members. My only suggestion is to make a sign that says this. I waited In line for at least 10 minutes, just to only be told that I couldn't pay with cash, and I didn't have my card on me, since I was just running out. This was a big waste of time! Just know, that you must have your stupid debit, or credit card to pay. They told me to take the little tiny exit way before entering the tunnel, I do not recommend doing that, because I made the widest possible turn, and came so close to not fitting my car through it! (I

Tidal wave car wash does a great job cleaning the car, but I was paying with cash and the attendant said they only took cards. I paid with a debit card and was charged $1.05 extra for using the card. If you’re not accepting cash and the only option is a credit card, then there should be no fee. Tidal Wave was in Princeton WV.

Very nice employees and very friendly. And cleaned our car so good. And they even offer to help dry your car off as well. We thought Shelor carwash was good but this new one Tidal Wave has them BEAT!!!! And it's totally free also thru Wednesday. We be going there again from now on.
