Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I’m always impressed. My car comes out sparkling clean every single time. The staff is friendly and efficient and Tim is great. The price is fair for the quality of work you get. This is now my go-to spot, and I’ve already recommended it to friends and family. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a random wash and left with so much more. Yes, I left with a membership too (lol) but there was a young man named Kieran who… just delightful. That’s all I can say, he was a pure delight. Far more than I’d ever expect from a trip to the car wash. If you’re lucky enough to come across this young man upon your next time there, just enjoy the experience he provides and thank him accordingly (his boss surely needs to know).

Hello, my name is Miguel. I'm from the state of Florida, Orlando. I came here for a family vacation. I activated the Carwash here in this club. I've had it active for two months. I have a big problem My English is not very good that's why I don't know if they will make me understand today's case was that the store manager today was upset because I played his horn only once because it took a long time to register a vehicle and there were two doors and one was closed to enter the vehicle so that's why I played the horn because he got into the office with two guys and they took there to register a vehicle I saw that the guys laughed and didn't go out that's why I played the horn only once and he got upset at the time of my washing they didn't pass the brush in the front glass or in the back

ZERO stars would frankly be more appropriate. While the wash itself does a decent job, as pointed out in a prior review, support and corporate management are dismally incompetent at best. For nearly SIX month now, I have had billing issues with our account; yet multiple calls to corporate, several visits to the Evans location to meet with a manager, which inconveniently is NOT available late in the day when I typically wash cars, have NOT resolved the issue which basically involves being billed on a recurring monthly basis for stickers that mysteriously get deactivated in their system. Somehow, when corporate switched software a while back, our account became permanently "gremlin ridden".... Net, net: I keep paying for inactive stickers that I can't wash with, yet I am being billed. Th

I want to give a huge shout-out to Kieran (hope I spelled that right) at the Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Evans, GA. From day one, he has been consistently pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every time I come through, he greets customers with a great attitude and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. Kieran is honestly one of the main reasons I canceled my previous car wash subscription (spot across the street😂) and switched to this location. Customer service like his makes a difference. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the customer experience. Employees like Kieran are what keep people coming back. This location is lucky to have him.
