Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

The car was very dirty, been sitting for several weeks, so it was a lot to clean. I just wanted to get a basic clean, so I ordered the tire shine. The employees were friendly and helpful, but some details were missed as you see in the pictures. Just make sure you check it before you leave and also make sure to fold in your mirrors, because they may not.

If you have a Jeep wrangler or other small wheelbase ride their auto wash don't get the windshield all the way, the spinning brushes on the sides barely touch the mirrors when going through it paid for a month of washes and have been through it three times and they still can't get the dirt off from my bumbers, fender wells, and the spare tire holder. 50$ for their best wash with all there additions and it misses about 30% of the ride to where I got to go elsewhere to use a manual pressure washer to clean where they don't touch yea they take brushes to your ride B4 u go through the automated wash but that's bad when you have 2-3 employees with brushes that can clearly miss dirt like that.... Not worth the 30$ for the first month or the 50$ for the normal charge for it. I will not be renewin

Bobby at the first entrance was a delight! He talked to me about what i wanted and continuing to use the car wash. He thanked me for coming. He was fun and caring and sweet! He made me smile and want to come back. Top not h employee and I manage a lot of folks. I wish I had a guy like him on my team!

Tidal Wave is a great place to have your car washed. They clean by hand sections of your car that are difficult to wash by the machines. The staff are so efficient and professional. Bobby greets you and takes payment. He is delightful and helps with any questions you might have. Highly recommend.
