My boyfriend visited this car wash on 01/12/26, and the experience was extremely disappointing. While going through the wash, he heard unusual noises that immediately seemed wrong. After exiting the tunnel, he pulled over to use the vacuums and checked the car right away. That’s when he noticed nine new scratches, chipped paint, and a chip in the windshield—damage that was not there before entering the wash. He spoke with the person who said they were the owner, and instead of taking the concern seriously, they denied responsibility outright, stating: “The vertical up and down scratches are not possible due to nothing spinning in that direction and wraps that touch your door. I had a fantastic experience, and extremely satisfied with the staff tidal Wave auto spa. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional for them to be so you. Aiden promptly greeted me with a smile and explained all l the wash options without being pushy. He answered all of my questions with patience. I was impressed with the efficiency of the service. and how am quickly in the staff worked to get my car through the wash and into the dry area. The wash itself was outstanding! My car hasn’t looked this good since I drove it brand new off the lot! I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my family friends. Keep up the good work!

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is great—we go at least once every couple of weeks for a car wash. My car always comes out looking really clean and well taken care of. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that they always pressure wash my rubber floor mats for me and take care of them whenever they need extra attention. That little bit of customer service really stands out. Every now and then, there’s an instance where a couple of employees are on their cell phones and don’t acknowledge you right away, but that’s pretty rare and hasn’t been a big issue overall. Consistently clean results, friendly service, and a place we keep coming back to. 🚗✨

LADIES !!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS CAR WASH !!!! My boyfriend and I caught a black male in a dark gray-ish Chevy impala taking pictures of a woman’s behind as she was bent over cleaning her rugs. To make matters worse… she had a child with her !!!!! This happened last Sunday 9/21 in broad daylight. Today 9/24 I just happen to drive by to run errands and lo and behold ….. I saw him again at the stop sign in front of the car wash. That tells me he had just left from there . The cops were called on Sunday and to be very honest…the cop didn’t seem bothered by it!!! Great experience! Stopped in for a quick wash before I headed out of town. The young man at the entrance Aiden was very manner-able and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely visit again based off of the experience I received.
