Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Been here 2x in the past 3weeks. First time I got the Dry N’ Shine ($26) and the wash attendant didn’t put soap on the right side of my vehicle or my sunroof. The wash itself was very basic & similar to my experience with the Holiday Car Washes. Today I got Hot Wax ($17) and the attendant put soap only on the front and back of the car. The side weren’t soaped, I’m guessing it doesn’t come with this service level so that’s ok I guess. It was a little comical when I asked the attendant if he could soap up the sides and he just looked at me then started the conveyor belt whisking me away lol. Overall the wash is similar to competitors. I will say that there was no damage/scratching on my car both times so I’m happy about that. The entrance is easy to miss if you never been here. Drive right past it. People don't normally get car washes a lot in a month, but they do offer a membership for $30 dollars and get unlimited washes. But you NEED to cancel 7 days before the renewal or it auto charges you. The wash itself is nice and gentle. Put your car in neutral and your good to go. Entertaining and pretty colors.

Replaced my windshield and the membership sticker was thrown out, so I asked for a replacement and for the old one to be deactivated. Instead, they somehow charged me for two vehicles for the full year. When I brought it up, they only offered to refund half. This was clearly an error on their end, and I shouldn’t have had to pay for it or fight to get it corrected. Really disappointed with how it was handled. Unacceptable - won’t be returning.

We are extremely happy with this car wash! The staff always provides a friendly, warm welcome, and signing up is quick and easy. The package deals are fantastic.

Great car wash. They have clean towels and cleaning sprays to wipe down your vehicle. The vacuums are great! In and out fairly quickly. Highly recommend!
