Max was very helpful to any questions I had on the monthly subscription. Customer service in general was awesome! They even had fresh towels to wipe down your car! The suction on the vacuums were amazing and my car came out perfect!! Definitely worth the price and will be coming back

I had multiple terrible experiences at Tidal Wave, and I deeply regret trusting them with my vehicle. I have tried giving them many chances but it’s clear the employees appear poorly trained and uninterested, and when problems come up, they seem more focused on avoiding responsibility than actually helping. The most upsetting part was the damage to my car. After the wash, I discovered that paint had been chipped off the back, and things damaged that were absolutely not damaged beforehand. This is not normal wear and tear, it’s clear damage caused during the wash. When I reported it, staff were dismissive and evasive, offering no real solution or accountability. What’s even more concerning is that I’ve since heard from multiple other customers who experienced similar damage, which suggests

Nice. I asked if there was a place that I could wash my floor mats and the attendant said they would do it and bring them to the vacuum area when done. Great service
