Purchased the $20 wash to still have the front bumper covered in bugs and dirt spots all over the back glass

This tidal wave is my fav location! The location is perfect. The employees are so sweet and the wash overall is better than others I’ve been to! My car drove off spotless and Mario was so helpful when I asked about a membership!

The employees are all extremely nice! They always say thank you and give you a little wave. They pre-scrub your car before you go into the wash. The cash wash is strong and doesn’t chip or mess up the paint. There are plenty of vacuums and space to detail your car to keep it looking good inside and out! Get the monthly membership here you will not be disappointed!

I've been a member for years and just love this location. The wash itself is really good, but the best part about this location is their employees, with a special shout-out to Mario who is always helpful!

Really disappointed as this is the last time I’ll return to title wave. First of all, every single time you drive through to buy an already overpriced wash, they try to force you to buy a membership. I understand this is a part of sales, but they continue to push every single time. Today I also experienced an extremely rude individual who was apparently asking me to turn my wipers off. Instead of just nicely volunteering to show me as I clearly did not know and never would have purposely left them on, he yelled back at me “yes you can, yes you can, yes you can” and “see watch”. What could have been a simple and polite exchange was the exact opposite. Lacking very basic customer service. Absolutely rude and unnecessarily.
