Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Got our car washed here, and I was very impressed. We have a hatchback SUV and every other car wash in the area (including ones that claim to handwash) have missed huge parts of our car. Logan helped get us straight on which lane we should use and was very helpful we had a scanner tag but didn't go through the membership lane. He explained where to go and why it was beneficial for us. Connor was the one who washed the back of our car and he did a great job! The hatchback and under the rear visor thing was clean! All automatic carwashes miss that. Best drive through car wash in the area, hands down. The carwash itself was great. The property is also very clean, even the vacuum area. We will be back, probably at least weekly once the salt is off the roads.

Tucker and Trey were so super awesome they really made me feel like this is the wash I needed to be at ..Mika the manager was really awesome as well.they handled everything professionally and Tucker even made me realize it would be better to be a member ..I really thankyou all for your service and will definitely be speaking highly of all you guys ..raises needed for them all

The car wash is fine, but they shut down for extended periods (as long as a week) due to snow?! No refunds for the period they are voluntarily closing. Let’s organize snow removal and meet commitments to customers. Revising to one star. Fast forward 4 hours… sunny and 28 degrees- closed again.

Brought my company vehicle through this car wash and had an amazing experience—Tre and Parker were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The vehicle came out spotless, and their attention to detail really stood out. Truly a 5-star experience.

I just moved here from Raleigh, NC and tried out Tidal Wave Car Wash for the first time. The wash did an awesome job and my car came out super clean and I loved being able to use the free vacuums and mat cleaners. Parker, the attendant, was super friendly and helped explain everything, which made it a really easy experience. He also told me about the membership, and even though I didn’t sign up this time, it honestly seems like a great deal. I’ll probably be back to grab it soon. Overall, it was quick, easy, and way better than the car wash I used to go to back home. Definitely a 5-star spot!
