Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I have a membership with Caliber across the street and was told that this place was better. Said they offered free washes, so I put my truck through to check it out. Staff was super friendly, I will say. I asked about the membership programs and they were very helpful. The wash however? 2/4 wheels looked untouched, and although one of the staff members brushed the front of the truck before letting us through the wash, it did nothing for the bugs up front. I have manual folding mirrors that are made to fold, yet have never been to a wash where it knocked my side mirror backwards like this one did. There were only two carts near one row of vacuums, so if you were not parked there you had to walk to get a rag and spray bottle, one cart had no clean rags. $30/mo and being restricted to one was

I had an amazing experience at this car wash. My car was spotless after the carwash/vacuum. I want to give a huge shoutout to Julio and Fred who are employees at this carwash. They went above and beyond when I left my radio on while vacuuming which in the end left my battery dead. I went to ask for assistance and they helped me jump my car without any hesitation. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend!!

It was an amazing experience. Granted it was 30 dollars but it was well worth it. You get a complimentary free vacuum you can use and free rags and cleaner so you can clean the inside of you car.

I’ve been comparing several car wash memberships in the area, and while waiting in line I had the chance to speak with Fred. What stood out most was how knowledgeable he was — he explained the benefits clearly and confidently without ever sounding pushy. At the same time, he let his personality shine through, which made the whole interaction genuine and enjoyable. By the end of the conversation, it was clear this was the right choice. Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and Fred absolutely delivered.

First timer! Solid believer! Josh was great, service was excellent, my car looks beautiful! All for 10 bucks for the entire month and I can come back every day! No high pressure sales, just friendly courtesy. When my front license plate fell off the manager went back to get it for me! A+
