Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I was talked into buying the most expensive car wash as a traveling visitor and was told, “If this doesn’t get your truck clean, we’ll make it right.” After running through, I went back to the woman who sold me the package and showed her everything that was still dirty. She said she’d speak with her manager. Well, she did—and his response was that because I’m not a member, I cannot go back through the wash again. Instead, they’d just spray my side rails and wheels with a pressure washer. They did that, and the pictures show exactly how they left my truck afterward. For the record, the package I paid for already included this service the first time. Thank you for motivating me to write this review. My advice: do not spend your money here. This was the absolute worst car wash I’ve ever had! I went straight to the grocery store after leaving the car wash. When I was loading my groceries, I saw the filth that still remained on my passenger-side rear panel. I immediately returned to the car wash, and the person checking me in even agreed that the first wash did not do a good job. The supervisor said that because I had left the lot, she would not honor the car wash. I will never return here again, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with all of my family and friends. I wish I could rate this with zero stars.

I brought my car in with a few scratches and wasn’t sure if they could fix them, but they did an excellent job. My car looks way better than before. Fast service and great results!

Every time I visit here, Calleigh is always so pleasant and pays close attention when scrubbing the crusty bugs off my car. Now my car is squeaky clean! She even offered to help sign me up for a membership to help save me some $$ since she noticed I go there pretty often! Love this place

Wow, I had such a lovely experience with the young lady Calleigh at this location! I only visit this area during the holidays, and she was just too sweet! I almost signed up for the membership, just so I could come see her again! You wouldn't believe how many bugs and bird doo she was able to get off my car!! Thanks again, Calleigh!
