The few times that I've had to go get parts from them has been OK. --*UPDATE*-- Since they've moved down to Burge Ave just off of I-95 I've been in at least twice a week. Service is outstanding.
One star ,that’s all I can do.I called in the morning for a air line on trailer,asked if they have didn’t say anything just put me on hold and I was waiting like 10 minutes and I had to end the call.very disrespectful
The Richmond store employees were so helpful when I broke down, Specifically George the manager and Thanks again!
I’m almost always clueless when I go in there but the staff is awesome!
