Bought a truck drove it 1 hr home on interstate got off exit and now every time we stop at a red light the truck shuts off call dealership and they said nope it was our problem do not buy from them

I bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox from them a year ago, now here it is a year later and it’s broken down. I only drove it back and forth to work and to get my kids to and from school. Before I bought this truck, I had a truck that lasted me for 6 years, and it was a 2002! I didn’t expect to run into an engine issue just a year after owning this truck, especially when I take great care of my vehicle. Customer service is good, just don’t know about their vehicle’s longevity.
