I have a 12 year old Chevy Tahoe that has 157,000 miles on it. I'd like to get another 100-150k more miles out of my vehicle so I understand the importance of preventive maintenance. I just moved to Oregon so finding a reputable shop was important. I had Tigard SUV do a comprehensive check up, so when they called, they explained in great detail the things I needed and things that I could hold off if needed. There was absolutely no fear or sales tactics. I feel they were honest and cared about having me as a long term client. I appreciated everyone there: from the front end management to the amazing, seasoned, qualified mechanics. Thank you!

Pretty great place. Been here twice now and they were very straightforward. Didn't try to upsell me anything- just told me what was wrong with my vehicle and the cost for each item, and which things I'd like fixed or to hold off if possible. I also appreciate the inspection overview sent to my email. Wish more places were like this honestly.

Answered phone, got my car in same-day and had it done within 2 hours. Didn't try to upsell unnecessary stuff and the price was much more reasonable than other spots I've been. Trustworthy and they do good work.

I wanted to get an leaky gasket fixed before it got to be a problem. The cost matched quotes I got from other mechanics. They got it fixed quickly and it includes an 18 month warranty which is great.

Incredibly disappointed in their service. If you’re a woman, make sure to take a man with you or the guys up front won’t take you seriously. They were going to charge me $185 just to do a diagnostic test and then add whatever amount to fix it. Other places apply that amount to the fix it charge. They definitely take advantage of people not knowing about vehicle maintenance.
