I went in for my inspection sticker and failed for emissions. They told me I needed to have the issue checked, so I left my car there. Later, they called and said my muffler was cracked and had to be replaced, so I paid for the repair. When they showed me the muffler, there was a very obvious shoe print near the crack. I even said, “I hope you didn’t step on my muffler and break it just to make it seem like it was already damaged, because that’s exactly what it looks like.” This made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned that the repair may not have been necessary in the first place. I truly wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and I’m shocked they are still operating.

Very unprofessional staff. I asked the owner to repair things nicely but this guy didn’t do the work in right way. One of my friends also had bad experience repairing his car here. Plz don’t go to this place and be careful with what parts are replaced. I took a chance going here and it was a rip off.

Great service!! George was the nicest guy and took care of my car like it was his own. Even went out of his way to take pictures of the issue and explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. Very reasonable price and had it done quickly. Highly recommend!

I went for a vehicle inspection, but the people there were very rude, and I regret going. My car failed the inspection and got rejected because my license plate light wasn’t working. They asked for $60 to replace it. Everything is extremely expensive, and they’re basically ripping people off. I will never go there again. I wish I had read the reviews earlier—everyone mentioned the same issues.

STAY AWAY! went for my state inspection sticker and it said I failed the "emissions" test. I asked them to please identify what needs to be repaired so I can pass inspection, and they said I don't know. you need to leave your car here overnight so we can find out. I respectfully declined and brought my car to another mechanic and passed with flying colors. My mother brought her car in for an oil change, and they managed to "forget" to put oil in her car? CROOKS AND SCAMMERS. RUN!
