Tilton's Touchless Car Wash

Their self serve bay ate almost $5 of mine a year ago, and then when I went to use the automatic wash, I paid like $20 for pretty much just a water spray. Literally nothing on my truck got cleaned off at all. I reached out to try and get a refund, they claimed they mailed me a check but I still havent received anything. This place is a total scam, the owners should genuinely be ashamed of themselves.

Probably the better car wash on the interstate north of concord anyway. Didn't get the back but the rest looks nice.

Truck was covered with Pittsburg NH road dust and grim stopped in and purchased the 12$ wash truck looked like new after I also had a kiosk refund issue while using cash sent email to owner who was extremely responsive and helpful definitely recommend this establishment for your car wash needs

I went to the self service bay. I ran into a little bit of an issue, and I contacted the owners by the email listed at the entrance. The owners/manager responded right away and offered a reimbursement and a code for another car wash. Whatever is going on with the self service mechanics, they are trying to address. But in the meantime, they are very responsive and apologetic.

It's a touchless car wash, so I'm not holding it to a ridiculously high standard. However, the dry time should be at least 2x longer and there should be at least another rinse, or two. I left with foam soap being blown all over my windshield. I had to re-rinse my truck after I left, soap scum was everywhere. It basically looked like how it did before it went in, except instead of salt dust it was soap scum. It was a fair price, and didn't take long, but I'd rather it be pricier if it meant a higher quality result. Just my opinion. I know touchless car washes are notorious for having sub-par results, and the water usage is less and that is a selling point for many. I would prefer them to use more water and slow the motion of the washers down to do a better job. Can this be coded into the
