I have interacted with the parts departments several times a month for the last year while I’ve been doing an engine rebuild on an FX35 I purchased from this dealership (it was known by all parties that the car was a project car at time of purchase). During this time I have requested pricing and diagrams for very extensive lists of part numbers, so many in fact I have even felt bad for how much information I’m asking for, but they have always been very professional and comprehensive with providing me everything I need, even emailing me copies of diagrams and part prices when requesting many things at once. We spent a lot of money this store but last week we bought the parts, they turned out bad. When we applied it, it felt right and we returned it. I told the truth as it happened. He said refused.cant replacement they are so rude never go back again this particular guys I'm requesting owner take action. This guy both route. We spend a lot of money and they cheating giving poor quality part. make me so upset we lost money we bought the part from this store and very poor quality. This guy very rude make me so upset stealing money.
