Sam was a great person to buy a car from. The only complaint I noticed is, they say the car is certified, but when I got the car back inspected in daylight, it had a tire stem issue and stuff at the bottom of the car. Nothing major, or don't look like, but just make sure you get your car looked at, pay attention before leaving.

Tracy was very pleasant, definitely didn't make us feel like another sale! She was swamped, dealing with us and 4 other customers yet still made us feel like priority, awesome! Waiting 5 months for our truck was definitely worth it! Michelle was also wonderful, found us the best deal financially and was prepared with a whole breakdown of offers for extended warranties, interior/exterior coverage and gap. Made it very quick and easy! There was one other person there, John. He was very pleasant and congratulated us on our new truck. Update: First part of my review was in regards to the buying experience, this is about the service and parts department. Stopped in to get an fl2127 oil filter for my first 1000 mile oil change, they had them in stock, the local parts stores are special order o

Tracy Elkins is the best car salesperson with whom I've ever worked! She took the time to explain the features of each vehicle I test drove. She listened to my needs and concerns and I am VERY happy with my Timber Ford vehicle purchase.

Just purchased a 2020 Ford F150 Tuesday. Working with Jonah (and Andy) was pleasant and I felt he/they had our best interests at heart. They allowed my nephew to take the truck home overnight and give it a good test drive. They made financing easy and allowed my nephew to finance it at a rate and terms convenient for him. It's no wonder Timber Ford has such a positive reputation for purchasing vehicles. Would strongly recommend them and look forward to my next purchase from Timber.
