Timber Ridge Auto Center

Our car broke down hundreds of miles from home on a road trip, and this was the only mechanic shop who would take us in on a busy Friday afternoon. We tried calling over a dozen shops and no one would even hear us out but Timber Ridge Auto Center. They had us fixed and back on our way in under 2 hours, and the price they charged was incredibly generous. We cannot thank them enough! If they were not 300 hundred miles away from my house I would take my car here from now on. Thank you all so much for turning a stressful situation into an easy solution.

We were out of state on a mini vacation, and our car broke down. We were extremely lucky to have our car towed here. They diagnosed it was the starter, ordered the part and got us fixed up and out the door within hours. They really saved the day.

I was pulling my camper to Virginia Beach to visit my son, and 2 grandkids, with my wife and other grandchild. My truck started misfiring and we needed some repairs. I called from the road and they told us they would fit us in. They weren't able to get us fixed before quitting time, so the wonderful owner of the shop allowed us to plug our camper up to his shop with water and electric. This was Labor day weekend, and he was prepared to let us stay there until they got back to work on Tuesday. We only ended up staying one night and my son came and got us and took us on to Virginia Beach. Tuesday morning they jumped right back into working on the truck and had it fixed by lunch. Computers down, had to wait. Over charge labor(out of state people), but owner drives 88,000 dollar truck. Go figure. Said he gave me a deal. I disagree. It would have cost me half, back home! My air conditioner is not cool. Only few days and back to what is was. Owner did work. I thought Myrtle Beach was bad. I'm moving to area. Will not do business with this garage anymore. What a disappointment. This does not reflect on mechanics. Only to the owner and upper management. Not good for community!

Broke down on 81 Sunday afternoon they got the van in first thing Monday morning up and running and back on the road by 2pm!! Very nice people and reasonably priced work!!
