Timmons Truck Center & Idealease

I don't ever recommend big dealers. However Timmons in Baton rouge was Awesome. Terrell was great. Chuck very nice and knowledgeable. Ozzy the tech was excellent. I cant say enough. They didn't try to RIP me off which is the biggest issue with dealers.

Horrible experience. To make a long story short, I was trying to make this my "home base". 30 minutes from the house. Can't beat that right? They've tried to fix my AC so many times, each time never does it. I've had the truck in the shop for 9 days and they didn't even put it in the bay. Reason was "it's to cold outside to run the system to fix your truck". To cold? It's in the 70s today and they still haven't touched it. I'm not complaining, just upset. I really wanted them to be my 1 stop shop but I can't afford to sit at home for literally 5 weeks, just to have the AC still broken. Now I'm driving to Birmingham to get them to fix it, again, after already sitting at home for 9 days. Before that I ran for 2 weeks. Then the truck was in the shop for 15 days last time. Called them day before i got there to see what their work load was. They told me if i could get there next morning when they opened they could look at truck. They were good to their word. I had a/c issue and power issue. Six hours and forty five minutes later i was fixed and back to work with my a/c working right and a brand new turbo.. . This shop definitely earned my respect and future business.

The first time I dealt with these people I got an inspection done no problem I was on the road in 15 minutes in and out.I recently just bought a 2013 International with a year factory warranty left on it. So when the truck needed repairs I bought it in.I was told that my wait time would be about two weeks.I drop the truck off two weeks past my truck was still sitting exactly where it was parked the day I drop it off.I contacted them the third week by phone a couple times.I Was told they were backed up and it would probably be another week or so before they could get around to it.I asked why they didn't they tell me this from the beginning.The answer I was given did not impress me a bit.So the fourth week I was finally over it I picked my truck up.the ppl are vary unprofessional they took

Had to order a part... Got it the n next day. Michael... Parts man... Awesome dude... Very helpful... Pleasant and a welcome smile.... Unlike the old grouch that sits next to him.. Lol. TIMMONS has a New name but don't let that throw you... Same good service and good people...
