Our vehicle purchase with Tim was absolutely amazing! We drove 3 hours from home to purchase our new Jeep and Tim made the process easy and hassle free! His knowledge of his financing companies and finding the perfect fit for us was unbelievable. He was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of every situation and concern we had. Next time our family needs a vehicle Tim will be our first call!

Tim was great to work with on the purchase of our newest vehicle. He explained about the car, was very transparent on where it came from and it's history. Showed us the carfax report and was willing to deal with us to get what we were wanting before purchase. I would highly recommend going in to see him if you're looking. If he didn't have it on the lot he could find it for you I'm sure. I'm so glad we stopped in to speak with him and have him making our purchase so easy. This is the first time I’ve bought a car from a dealership other than Midway in Kearney. I was planning on going back to midway but this 4Runner showed up for an amazing price at Tim’s Auto. Process was easy. There were no hidden fees or costs. The price on the truck was exactly what I payed. I would recommend this dealership if you want a hassle free buying experience. My only complaints are I was given the vehicle with hardly any gas and almost didn’t make it home, and there was still personal documents in the vehicle from the previous owner. Whoever cleaned it out didn’t do a very thorough job with the places they missed. The places they did clean were done effectively.

My family hit a place of financial hardship. We had 2 high-dollar autos, both with loans. Down-trading them became essential. I went to this dealership, anxious as heck. While every larger dealership in this city would have taken full advantage of my family’s vulnerable place and given a low-ball offer, Tim’s Auto gave VERY fair offers on both. They hooked us up with much better vehicles for our situation. You can tell that they CARED about us personally, rather than it being 100% about profit. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
