Just got my car tires low pressure alert, drove to have them checked out by Tim’s right before the open time as long way back to New York. There was a young gentleman quickly checked and pumped up all the tires. Luckily it seemed they are influenced by low temperature. I appreciate the young gentleman’s prompt service.

Definitely recommend. We had smelled burning oil in our Nissan, and were concerned. We called on a Friday afternoon, they said to come right in, and they immediately put the car on the lift to check it out. They could not fit the repair into their schedule that day, but the inspection and diagnosis gave us peace of mind that we could wait a couple days for the repair. Great service experience - and no charge for the inspection! We will be using them again next time.

My car's dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree this morning. I asked a local for a recommendation and they said Tim's right away. I called up to see if they could fit me in + they were quite busy, but made time for me today. Everything looks great -- but beyond that I felt like I was in great hands, and they were so kind. xx

Amazing customer service & skilled mechanics! Being somewhat far from home, we stopped by to see the possible cause for my check engine light. Thanks to Ben being extra thorough, he ended up doing a small repair in order to ensure we got home safely. We are forever grateful for him making time for us during their busy day and it was truly a pleasure to meet him & Tim. We highly recommend them and would trust them with any future repairs as we are frequent visitors in the area.

The customer service here is top notch. Long story short, my Subaru Outback developed a misfire at around 10pm the night before we were supposed to check out of our AirBNB. With one phone call the next morning, Tim White's without question had me stop by and at least get my check engine light scanned. The scan confirmed a misfire, and it was determined a coil pack gave out. As luck would have it, a nearby parts store had a coil pack, and by the time the car was diagnosed, part ordered, part installed, I was out of here in 90 minutes, and was able to check out of my AirBNB in time to boot. Everyone here was super kind, courteous, and honest. It's very, very rare I ever have a shop work on my car as I usually do all work myself, but when the time came, I definitely found the right shop.
