I was travelling from rural VA to Atlanta, GA when I noticed my vehicle was struggling. She's a 2015 Hyundai Sonata whose previous owners took no care of her, and along came another issue that was mine to fix. This was the closest shop, and the one to save me. I, miraculously, made it up the hill to the shop. I tell Paul my circumstances, and he graciously allows me to bring my cat inside the shop while I wait for a ride. My transmission was jerking and another shop immediately said I needed a full replacement for over $2,000. I brought it here for a second opinion and they found the actual problem — a leaking drain plug washer. Easy fix. Saved me a ton of money. Very honest shop. Definitely recommend.

Had a very great and professional experience with Paul. The dealer couldn’t figure out the issue, but he was able to do it. Did a smoke test in a very timely fashion 10/10. Will be back for any future problems.

Tip-Top Auto Is the place to go if you want honest, reasonable and professional service. I originally came in for a new LED headlight which could’ve cost over $1000. Turned out that the connectors just needed to be cleaned. They saved me a bunch of money and I greatly appreciate their honesty. I’ll definitely be back!
