I can’t say enough good things about Tip Tow! Their customer service was incredible—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They arrived quickly and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that’s both prompt and courteous, but they absolutely nailed it. I really appreciated how easy they made a stressful situation. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast and reliable towing service!

I’m a little late in writing this review but I think it’s important to commend great service. I especially want to thank Clarence for his honesty regarding our 8/27/25 call for a jump start. My first time using this company Sam came out and got my car’s dead battery up and running in a timely fashion. Personable and professional. Great price too. Thank you Sam and T.I.P. Tow.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had 2 AAA tow trucks come out to the garage and both told me that it was an impossible job to get my truck out. Tip Tow did it in less than 30 minutes and towed from Downtown Austin to Georgetown. I am very grateful for Tip Tow and could not recommend them more.

I was stranded on 130 toll road. Called up, reasonably priced tow, they showed up quickly with the company name on the side on the truck. Quick tow, friendly service. A+ would highly recommend if you need a tow.
