Tipton Ford

We needed to replace a title for our vehicle that is titled out of state. We now live in TX and licensed in TX. We call the state we lived in to get a form to replace our title. We got the title form and took it to a DMV and was told they said we have to do it ourselves which I knew that but they just brushed me off. On the form it also said we could take it to a car dealer. We were going to shop at Kroger anyway and saw Tipton Ford next door. Well that being a car dealer I went over and was greeted politely and then told the man what was needed. He said to wait a few and he was going to get the right person for me. Well he sure did! The woman came out and immediately she gave a warm greeting and was willing to go above and beyond to take care of our title work. We went through the total

I am very pleased with Jeremy and the entire team at Tipton. Mike Floyd came to our business to promote their shuttle service and stressed that they work on any and all makes and models. Well I tested them, I called and asked them if they could work on my 2001 C5 Corvette and they did not hesitate. They got me in and out with in 2 days and did a great job at a fair price. Got my oil changed regularly here for 6 years. Now for some reason, no one answers the phones. IF they do, they're snarky as hell! No drive to help. I've tried to get a quote built for the past month for a major repair bill on a 150k mile service interval.. no calls back. I've talked you guys up for years. Thanks for cementing the negative instead of the positive.
