I would like to thank Alex for his help. He assisted me in replacing two tires at a very good price. When Metro Leasing near them refused to accept one of the tires, Alex personally took the trailer to his shop and replaced the tire with a better one on the steer axle. This is hands down one of the worst truck & trailer repair experiences I’ve ever had. They quote one price over the phone, you agree based on that number, drive out, they do the work — and then at the end they charge you a completely different, higher amount. No explanation, no apology, just “this is the price.” Total bait-and-switch. On top of that, they promise a specific completion time, so you plan your pickup, your route, and your schedule around it — only for them to miss their own deadline. Because of their delay, I ended up late to my pickup and had to pay a penalty. They took zero responsibility and showed absolutely no concern for the consequences their delay caused. The staff is unprofessional and incompetent, completely unwilling to work with you or acknowledge their mistake
