Tire Capital

Woke up to a flat, flat tire. I knew it was time for new tires. I stopped at Tire Capital to check prices. Also it's important to me to buy tires made in the USA. They had the tires, at a great price, and were able to complete the purchase and install in less than 30 minutes! Great service, great price, very happy customer!

This is second time I’ve been here and both times I have received excellent service and fair prices. The owners are really nice. Both times and received fast service. I had my oil changed at a chain tire store and informed me that I had a nail in one of my tires and it couldn’t be fixed. They wanted to sell me new tires. I told tire capital what happened and gave them the choice. Repair or sell me a tire, whichever they thought I would go with. They came back with they could patch no problem. SOLD! And I came in after 6pm and I was in and out for in no time. I noticed they also had a good selection of tires in stock, especially monster tires. I highly recommend Tire Capital for all your tire needs. I wish they would add other services.

While I acknowledge the owner’s service, there is one particular individual who consistently exhibits a negative attitude. This individual’s work performance has been adversely affected by their personal preferences. Despite my five years of residence in Lakeland, this remains the sole tire repair shop I have patronized. During each visit, they dictate the timing and manner of the repairs, as if it were not their primary responsibility. I recently visited the shop to have a simple tire change performed on a Ram 1500 Fiat 500 and a Toyota Prius. Surprisingly, I was informed that the company lacks the necessary expertise to change a 19-inch tire.

Stopped by and asked about tires. They offered great price and within 20 minutes I was on the road. Thanks for the great service!
