Tire Center of Burlington

First time going here cuz I had a coupon. Price is decent for what I was trying to get done. Basically two-wheel front end alignment. Now why I gave it a low rating. I don't normally do this. Some say if you're going to give a low rating don't give one at all. But honestly I spoke to some people that apparently were long-time customers. It seems it used to be family run business and the people were always very friendly. However, today not sure what's going on whether it's leadership or management or just pure bad attitudes. But I'll tell you I won't return. I work on cars to a certain extent where I've rebuilt an engine. I've had alignments done in the past granted typically places like Firestone where they give you a full report on the alignment before and after. Not sure because I presen

Tire Center of Burlington is my go to place for my auto care needs! The staff here is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices are unbeatable! I usually come for an oil change, and this morning they were able to take care of my headlight that was out as well. I would recommend getting in as early in the day as you can, as they are first come, first served on a walk in basis.

This is the second set of tires I have bought from the but it will not be my last. The prices are as low as I have researched. The service is top notch. No one likes to buy tires BUT at least here, you get a great deal and awesome service

Thank you for your excellent customer service and honesty. I had a flat tire and tried several places before calling The Tire Center of Burlington. They answered my call within few rings. I took loose tire to the shop to check if it can be fixed. Michael the Tech picked the tire. once I learned it can be fixed I brought my car to the shop. My tire was fixed and installed on the car. The time I spent to get in and out of the tire center was amazingly exceptional. Michael was professional, friendly and very helpful. You guys made my day! I highly recommend The Tire Center of Burlington!
