Great experience at this tire shop! The manager runs the place professionally and makes sure customers are taken care of. The team is friendly, efficient, and clearly knows what they’re doing. They worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and provided honest service.

Had a couple of tires switched to new rims. Xavier was very pleasant and the tires were swapped out within a half hour as promised. Will be bringing the other two tires in as well. Sorry others didn’t have the positive experience I did.

💩WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If no stars were possible I would give it to them. They are terrible. I don’t think anyone knows what they are doing. Had my truck brought in Saturday morning, they said they would get it in on lift and look at it, then call me. So I was expecting a call which never came. I had to call them myself, and they tell me they didn’t even look at it, so they will get to it Monday. I call Monday around 1pm and the guy says he is bringing it in now to look at it and will call me when he gets done. But, no call comes and I call back around 5pm. He now says he didn’t get to it but he will and call. So I’m not expecting a call since they have done nothing but lie to me. I call back right before they close like 6:50 pm. They don’t answer the phone and just ignore me. How unpr

WORST experience I’ve ever had for my car. scheduled an appointment with their call center, 7:30am when I show up for the appointment they tell me they don’t take appointments that early and to come back an hour later. Had to come back Monday, took TWO hours to put two tires on.Told me one price and when I checked out a complete other. Once I started to question my charges, the woman proceeded to argue with me loudly and use profanity. when asked to speak with a manager, the response was “they do not have one.” Will never be back, ever.

I was from massachusetts and got a flat tire. I didn't have much time as I had a wedding and had to drive back the following day. Your team was great.They thought they had what I needed before.I left, i dropped off the tire they had it in stock and replaced.It got me back on the road in no time.
