David was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. His follow-through was excellent, and he was very professional and courteous. I truly appreciated working with him, and I felt confident in the service I was receiving. I do think in the future, if you are changing two tires, and it would be recommended that you need an alignment, that should be mentioned upfront so you can fully evaluate the money you need to spend when making your decision.. No surprises in the end. Other than that recommendation, I was very pleased with everything that took place.

They do combo patch + plug for flat tires and Cameron was very nice to try to help me. Sadly they could not fix my run flat tire. I’d go back if they were regular.

If this is for the store on Atlantic ave, the customer service was good. I am disabled with what I received. Tires are great but they talked me into a wheel alignment and now my truck pulls to the right. I went back as soon as I could which was 2 days later because I was on shift the day before. Today they had no tech to correct the alignment and sent me to a different location. That location was not equipped to put my truck on their machine due to my wheelbase. Now I have to drive 800 miles one way at highway speeds and fight the stirring wheel. Our family trip was delayed over an hour trying to get this resolved with no luck. Either train more staff or equip all your locations with proper equipment. This was my first time using your company and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. Also they

The service was terrible. The mechanic was arrogant and rude. I had to call the police to calm him down. I waited for more than three hours for them to give me my car back, but they didn't give me proof of the wheel alignment. This person definitely shouldn't be working there. They're going to lose a lot of customers this way. He's an arrogant and rude person who doesn't know how to respect customers. Here's the video I managed to record as proof. Nesecito. FANTASTIC SERVICE AND DEAL!! From the first professional-phone; friendly assigned answering-reception. I was greeted with very thorough communication between lines; the receptionist referring me back to the Service department to answer questions. David is a welcoming and professionally-personable professional; kept me informed to completion. I expected to have to replace all 4 tires, he still measure all tires~informing me I didn’t have to replace all 4. There was no pressure-sell beyond that.
