Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I was in visiting from out of town. My daughter is a college student in lakeland. I noticed that the tires on her car were getting pretty worn. I called Tire Choice and Gavin answered. He not only had the specific tires I wanted to put on her car but he made an appointment within an hour to get it in. While there I decided to get an oil change as well. The team was excellent and I was out the door no time. I would highly recommend them as they did exactly what I needed them to do.

I'm new to the area and went to this location as the reviews looked promising. I needed to have my tire patched after an unfortunate incident with a nail (obviously one-hundo percent my fault, I should've been paying more attention to what was on the road smh!!!). Anyway, as soon as I walked into this place, everyone was extremely warm and friendly. Including the other customers! Florence (Or Flo!) was quick to help and wasted no time taking my pesky tire back to have it looked at. While doing that she was kind enough to top-off my windshield fluid and fill the air in my tires which meant a lot to me. I had an unexpected situation after hitting a curb and popping my tire, and I’m so grateful I ended up at Tire Choice. From the moment I walked in, John went above and beyond to help me. Even though my vehicle needed a specialty tire, he took care of everything got it ordered, shipped, and fixed the same day. John was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. The level of customer service he provided was exceptional and made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate his efficiency and attention to detail. First time customer, was able to make an appt online and mind you It was a Saturday! I was ecstatic to find an available appt for a Saturday for one, then I arrived at the location on S. Florida next door to dunkin donuts(another plus) and greeted by James the manager who was amazing from beginning to end!!! He listened to my concern for my vehicle, gave me the price up front which was reasonable. While the mechanic was working on my car, which had to do with a whistling noise coming from the dashboard every time I turned on my AC. My brother added freon since the AC was taking too long to cool and since then the noise started. They discovered it could possibly be a clog not letting the pressure go through correctly. Had a serious breach of trust with the service team today. Not only did they search through my personal belongings to "look for the wheel lock key" without notifying me of tire rotation service being provided when I specifically said I was just there for an oil change, but when technician didn't find what she was looking for, she completely bypassed my LOCKED glovebox without notifying or ASKING me whatsoever. The glovebox was LOCKED for a very good reason, as I sometimes keep a loaded firearm in there. Other than that serious breach of trust, the technician also failed to return a private item she pulled out of my center console back to where it belongs, even though she somehow had the presence of mind to lock my glovebox again after returning the wheel lock key.
