They got me in quick with no appointment. They were working on rental cars at the time and dropped what they were doing to give me an oil change. The manager on site was very helpful and friendly. They diagnosed my car with all the problems it had and printed out a sheet detailing what was wrong and how much it would be. I really appreciated all the help they offered and the kindness they shared.

Tire Shop Horror Story I took my truck in after a tire blew, told them I needed a full inspection — I was about to drive from Ohio to NC with my daughter. They replaced the back tires, brakes, did an alignment. I asked if they checked the front tire pressure. The mechanic hesitated… then said yes. He lied. As soon as I got home, I checked — the front tires were dangerously low. I add air and hit the road. Halfway to NC, something felt off. I stopped and saw one of the bolts on the new tire was missing — the others were loose. I was driving at highway speeds with my child… and my tire was seconds from flying off. BEST customer service! On a 500+ mile trip, a valve stem broke and that tire went totally flat beyond repair. Chris got me in as soon as possible, and David sat on the snowy parking lot to remove the tire to avoid rim or rubber damage then replaced the valve, put the tire back on and evened out the pressure in all four tires. And every person who came in while I waited for my car to be towed there was treated just as well. Not too much of an exaggeration to say I'd drive all the way back there if I need new tires...Tire Choice in Mansfield is THAT good!
